En route to an unforgettable 8-day, 7-night New Year's adventure in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This journey blends vibrant culture, breathtaking beaches, iconic landmarks, and meaningful group experiences in one of the world's most exciting destinations. From exploring Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain to relaxing on the shores of Ilha Grande and strolling through Rio's colorful neighborhoods, each day offers the perfect balance of adventure and leisure. As the highlight of the trip, we'll celebrate New Year's Eve together on the legendary Copacabana Beach, experiencing one of the largest and most spectacular fireworks celebrations in the world. Between beach days, cultural exploration, sunset gatherings, and unforgettable moments with fellow travelers, this experience is designed to welcome the new year with connection, adventure, and memories that will last a lifetime. Please note that accommodations are based on double occupancy, and travelers will be paired with a roommate unless a single occupancy upgrade is selected (subject to availability). Prior to the trip, all travelers will complete a roommate questionnaire to help us thoughtfully pair guests based on compatibility, travel style, and preferences. Many of our travelers arrive solo and leave with lifelong friendships, making the roommate experience one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
Cancellations made within 7 days of purchasing your booking, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made before 90 days prior to departure date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made at 90 days or more prior to your booking are non-refundable.
The specific hotels (4-star or 5-star hotel accomodations), restaurants, and reservations times, will be confirmed as your trip date approaches & will be selected by your travel host and co-host, Bryanna Romero and Brandon Bolosky. Everything listed below is included in the price, except anything marked 'Optional'. Please note that flights are NOT included.

What is En Route Travels?
En Route Travels is a group travel experience curated and hosted by content creator Bryanna Romero. We offer thoughtfully designed itineraries that combine cultural immersion, exciting activities, and personal free time, creating the perfect balance between adventure and connection.
Who can join an En Route trip?
Anyone 18 years or older is welcome! Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or meeting new people for the first time, En Route is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive environment for all travelers.
Are these trips women-only?
While our community tends to be mostly women (and many travelers love the “girls trip” feel!), En Route trips are sometimes open to couples. Unless otherwise specified on the specific trip’s details where it will state that it is "women only".
Do I have to be a content creator to join?
Not at all! While Bryanna’s background is in content creation, En Route is open to anyone who loves travel, taking pictures, new experiences, and meeting like-minded adventurers.
Are flights included in the trip cost?
Flights are not included. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the trip destination. We will, however, discuss arrival and departure windows to ensure whoever is close in proximity can be on the same flight!
Will I have a roommate?
Yes! Roommates are paired based on a roommate form you will fill out prior to the trip. If you are traveling with a friend, you can request to room together. If you'd prefer a private room, you can request it for an additional cost if available.
After Booking
Look out for an email
Once you have purchased your boarding pass, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding your booking.
Connecting
From there, your host will add you to a group chat and reach out to you via Direct Message on Instagram. This way you can begin connecting with your fellow travelers. This chat is mandatory to be a part of and will include updates, flight booking information, and a place to get to know your new travel friends.
Time for take off
Once flights are coordinated, your host will plan an in-person meet up, lunch or dinner, for those close in proximity. After that, we patiently wait until it's time to head to the airport and board the plane that is headed to the trip of a lifetime!
