En Route Travels is a group travel experience curated and hosted by content creator Bryanna Romero. We offer thoughtfully designed itineraries that combine cultural immersion, exciting activities, and personal free time — creating the perfect balance between adventure and connection. Each trip is carefully crafted to reflect the interests of our community, with handpicked hotels, meaningful experiences, and opportunities to bond with like-minded travelers. Whether you're joining solo or with a friend, En Route is about discovering the world while building unforgettable memories and genuine friendships along the way.

Flights are not included. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the trip destination. We will, however, discuss arrival and departure windows to ensure whoever is close in proximity can be on the same flight!

Women 18 years or older are welcome! Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or meeting new people for the first time, En Route is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive environment for all travelers.

While our community tends to be mostly women (and many travelers love the “girls trip” feel!), En Route trips are sometimes open to couples. Unless otherwise specified on the specific trip’s details where it will state that it is "women only".

Not at all! While Bryanna’s background is in content creation, En Route is open to anyone who loves travel, taking pictures, new experiences, and meeting like-minded adventurers.

Yes! Roommates are paired based on a roommate form you'll receive later in the process, which helps us match you with someone who’s the best fit based on preferences and travel style. If you're traveling with a friend, you can request to room together. Prefer your own space? Private rooms may be available for an additional cost — just let us know when booking!

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a clear and fair cancellation policy for your peace of mind:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of booking will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip’s departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed for changes in personal schedules, missed flights, or dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.

Once your booking has been canceled and your refund has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout — we’re unable to process refunds to a different card.

If you haven’t received your refund after that timeframe, please contact our Support team. We’ll provide a refund tracking code you can share with your card issuer to help locate the transaction per request.

With these options, you can break up the total cost of your trip into easy, scheduled payments — helping you avoid the pressure of paying in full upfront. Many of our travelers love this option, as it allows them to secure their spot on a trip while budgeting at their own pace.

Payment plans are available for up to 12 months, with no hidden fees or surprises. Simply select one of these at checkout, choose the plan that works best for you, and get ready to go En Route.

At En Route Travels, we’re committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every traveler. Our trips are rooted in connection, cultural appreciation, and shared experiences — and it’s essential that all travelers uphold the values that make this community so special.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior — whether directed at fellow travelers, locals, staff, or members of the communities we visit. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Verbal or physical harassment
• Bullying or exclusionary behavior
• Offensive or inappropriate remarks
• Disrespect toward local customs, traditions, or cultural sites
• Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or unwelcome

We ask that all travelers approach every destination with curiosity, humility, and sensitivity. Respecting the people, cultures, and environments we encounter is a non-negotiable part of traveling with En Route. This includes following dress codes when required, asking before taking photos of locals, being mindful of local etiquette, and refraining from any behavior that may be considered disrespectful or entitled.

We believe in open communication and giving everyone the opportunity to grow. That said, we do enforce a clear warning system:

1. First Warning: A verbal reminder of expected conduct and how to move forward respectfully.
2. Second Warning: A formal written notice, and a conversation with your host to address continued behavior.
3. Third Strike: If behavior does not improve, En Route reserves the right to remove a guest from the remainder of the trip at their own expense. No refunds will be issued.
